Name		privacy policy Soulbrain SLD establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of the information subject and smoothly handle related grievances in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Personal Information Protection Act. [Article 1] Purpose of collection and use of personal information Soulbrain SLD collects personal information to provide information and services when inquiring about quotations, and to confirm consent of legal representatives. • Mandatory items: name, password, name, date of birth (positive / negative), phone number, e-mail Terms and Conditions • Optional items: address, phone, company name, work address, work phone, mail reception • In the process of using the Internet service, the following personal information items may be automatically generated and collected. IP address, cookie, MAC address, service use record, visit record, bad use record, etc. In addition, we request that additional information be provided in order to provide certain services. In this case, the information listed will not be used for any purpose other than the provision of the service or the purpose stated in advance. Article 2 Retention and disposal of personal information While you are a sponsoring member of Soulbrain SLD and receive services provided by Soulbrain SLD, the personal information of the sponsoring member will be retained by Soulbrain SLD and used for service provision. However, when the sponsoring member of Soulbrain SLD deleted its information or cancelled subscription according to the procedure described in ‘6. Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting of Own Personal Information‘, and when the purpose of receiving the personal information notified to the sponsoring member in advance has been achieved, collected personal information is completely deleted from the hard disk in a way that cannot be reproduced and processed so that it cannot be viewed or used for any purpose. However, in cases stipulated by related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, etc., the information of the sponsoring member will be retained for a certain period of time prescribed by the law even after the withdrawal of the sponsoring member. Article 3 Provision and Sharing of Personal Information In principle, Soulbrain SLD does not disclose the personal information of sponsoring members to others or to other companies and organizations. However, if the sponsoring member consents to the disclosure, or to take legal action against anyone who violates the service terms of use of Soulbrain SLD, or who has caused legal damage to others by using the service of Soulbrain SLD, an exception is made if there is sufficient reason to believe that it should be disclosed. Even in this case, it can be provided only to investigative agencies according to the prescribed procedures. In addition, Soulbrain SLD may share the personal information of sponsoring members to develop new technologies or provide better services. Even in this case, prior to information collection or provision of information, the parties will be informed of who is the agency or organization that will share personal information, what information is needed, why, and how long it is protected and managed, and go through a procedure for obtaining consent. If there is no consent, additional information is not collected or shared arbitrarily. Article 4 Technical and administrative measures for personal information protection The personal information of the sponsoring member is protected by the management system. The handling of personal information is limited to the person in charge, and a separate password is given for this and is updated regularly, and compliance with the personal information protection policy is always emphasized through frequent training for the person in charge. However, Soulbrain SLD is not responsible for any problems caused by the leakage of personal information due to the user's carelessness or Internet problems. Soulbrain SLD restricts personnel handling personal information to a minimum and takes corrective action if any problems are found. When applying for personal sponsorship, users are advised to prevent personal information from being disclosed to others by closing the web browser when sharing a computer with other people or using it in a public place. Article 5 viewing, correction and deletion of own personal information The sponsoring member and the subject of the information can request correction or deletion of personal information at any time. However, it is not possible online, and it is possible only through the identity verification procedure through the administrator. If you have any complaints or opinions regarding personal information, please send your opinion to the person in charge of personal information management by e-mail (greenpeople@greenfund.org) or phone (02-2011-4307) and we will take action immediately upon receipt and notify the result of processing.
